Walking on the moving sidewalk

[REDACTED] was walking on the moving walkway in [REDACTED] A wheelchair was in front of her and got stuck trying to exit the walkway. This caused everyone behind them to get stopped and the [REDACTED] ended up falling on the walkway and being dragged. Wheelchair pushed by pax and could not get off the walkway.
