What happened

An elderly passenger needed assistance with their bag. [REDACTED] helped the passenger heard a pop in her hand while placing the bag in the overhead bin. [REDACTED] experienced instant pain. She told her flying partner what happened. Her wrist began to swell and hurt though the flight. She iced it upon arrival at the hotel. Although it was tender she hoped it was better enough to work. On the return flight it became clear any use caused more pain.
