What happened

On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was carrying a window from the trailer to a two story house. When he went to lift the window he felt a pop in his left bicep. He continued to carry the window and work the rest of the day. He noticed his bicep was sore and turned purple when he got home. He arrived at work [REDACTED] and pushed through the pain but realized he could not use his left arm he was only using his right arm to help lift the windows.
