What happened

[REDACTED] from the Material Handler Dept. had a muscle strain on his lower back [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] was picking screen material for the screen door shop. He bent to put the material picked on the cart. When he was coming up to straighten his body he got muscle strain on his lower back area. He would like to see a doctor. He decided to go home and see his own doctor. He did not want to wait for safety manager start his shift. He refused to call [REDACTED]. After the [REDACTED] meeting I called him to see how he is doing. He was resting and took [REDACTED]. He asked for instructions on where to see a doctor.
