Lifting and carrying a large finished glass product with another TM.

What happened

TM [REDACTED] was lifting a finished glass pane with another TM when he felt a sharp pain in this left arm. He immediately stopped working and reported the incident to his team leader. He went home. The following day he returned to work but upon trying to do so he continued to feel very sharp pain in his left arm. Ta that time he went to TM [REDACTED] and reported he could not work and needed to go to the clinic.
