On or about October 17, 2013, on the roof trusses of the 5:12 pitch roof, employees installing framing were exposed to a 20 feet exterior fall hazard in that they were not protected by a fall protection system.  b.   On or about October 17, 2013, in the roof trusses, an employee installing framing was exposed to a 13 feet fall hazard in that he was not protected by a fall protection system.  c.   On or about October 17, 2013, on the second floor, employees installing framing near the stairwell opening were exposed to a 10 feet fall hazard in that they were not protected by a fall protection system.
