Employees are performing framing operations and are not protected from a 20-foot 7-inch exterior fall hazard by use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any alternative fall protection. This violation was most recently observed at a job site located at 62 Stirlingshire Court, Saint John's, Florida.  To abate this violation, the employer must ensure that all employees wear appropriate fall protection or install a guardrail or safety net system when an employee works above 6 feet off the surface.  Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19 the employer must submit documents describing the steps it is taking to ensure compliance, including an explanation of how these steps protect employees from fall hazards.  b. Employees are performing framing operations and are not protected from an 8-foot 6-inch interior fall hazard by use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any alternative fall protection. This violation was most recently observed at a job site located at 62 Stirlingshire Court, Saint John's, Florida.   To abate this violation, the employer must ensure that all employees wear appropriate fall protection or install a guardrail or safety net system when an employee works above 6 feet off the surface.
