29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage:  Employees working at the drilling rig located at SEC 3, TWP 33, R 5, 1465 fnl, 2475 fwl, Winfield, KS were exposed to electic shock hazards, in that the 220 volt AC electrical cable used to provide power to the trailer was not protected from accidental damage from vehicle and equipment traffic.
