29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):  The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):    a)  On or about July 7, 2014, American Dream Home Improvement Inc, as a controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of 4 Home Improvement Construction (subcontractor) were protected from falls of greater than 6 feet while they performed roofing work on a two story home without adequate fall protection measures in place.  The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular job site inspections that would ensure the use of fall protection.      American Dream Home Improvement Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 943295, Citation 1, Item 1, issued November 22, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 3692 Garland Street, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033.  This citation became final on December 18, 2013.
