WRITTEN ABATEMNT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:    (a)   On or about September 8, 2017 at 224-04 76th Avenue, Oakland Gardens, NY 11364    Employees using a ladder to access roof to strip roofing shingles without a ladder extending 3 feet over the upper landing surface.       WRITTEN ABATEMNT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.
