29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:  (a) On or about October 27, 2014, American Dream Home Improvement, Inc., as the controlling employer, did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite so as to ensure that employees of Melquicedec Ulloa, a subcontractor, who were required to engage in re-roofing operations, were appropriately protected from exposure to fall hazards.  Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").  American Dream Home Improvement, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 984355, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 28, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 17483 E. Ford Road, Aurora, CO 80017.  American Dream Home Improvement, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 943295, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 13, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3692 Garland Street, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033.
