29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):    a) On or about July 12, 2018, the employer did not ensure that roofing subcontractors working on a surface greater than 6 feet from the ground were protected from falls through regular and frequent inspections of the jobsite.    Abatement note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (See Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).      The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number, 1005757, citation number 1 item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 1/27/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 7300 E Costilla Avenue Centennial, CO.    The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number, 984355, citation number 1 item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/12/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 17483 E Ford Road, Aurora, CO.    The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number, 943295, citation number 1 item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/18/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 3692 Garland St, Wheat Ridge, CO.
