I)    The conveyor feeding the chipper had an unguarded 1 1/2" shaft that was sticking out 2 1/2".    j)    The conveyor belt feeding the chipper had an unguarded ingoing nip point approximately 3" from the frame.    k)    The new core conveyor had an unguarded chain and sprocket at floor level.    l)     In the saw mill, shredder conveyor tail pulley guard was damaged and out of place.    m)    The overspill conveyor for the shredder belt needs to be guarded which is approximately 6' 2" off the floor to nip point.    n)    The 2nd barn cleaner from the de barker tail pulley needs guarding approximately 43" off the floor.    o)    The short side 2nd saw dust belt and pulley need guarding 82" off the floor.    P)    The chipper injector chain and sprocket drive unit needs to be fully guarded.
