29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):      a) On or about September 10, 2014 and at times prior thereto at the job site; employees were exposed to a 9' fall from the roof deck to the floor below without the use of fall protection.      The Dorrough Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 940874, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 1-03-2014, with respect to a workplace located at Split Rail Apartments 708 Route 9, Wilton, NY 12831.
