29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:   At the jobsite located at 11542 S. Waterford Dr. in Olathe, Kansas; Employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to electrical shock and burn hazards, in that the 100 foot yellow flexible cord providing power to the SKILLSAW circular saw SPT77 WML had exposed conductors.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At the residential construction site located at 11542 S. Waterford Dr. in Olathe, Kansas; Employee engaged in residential framing activities, walking on the double plate of the interior of the house structure, was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet from the double plate of the interior wall on the North West side of the house structure to the floor below, in that fall protection was not utilized.
