29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts shall not be used to support scaffold platforms unless the entire platform is attached to the fork and the fork-lift is not moved horizontally while the platform is occupied.    At the jobsite located at 1118 E Summerchase St., Derby, KS 67037: Employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards and crushing hazards. Employees were exposed in that the scaffold platform supported by all terrain forklift was not attached to the forks or fork lift.
