At a worksite located at 4708 SW 3rd St, Blue Springs, MO 64014, an employee was exposed to electrical hazards that included electrocution and electric shock.  The employer exposed the employee to these hazards by allowing the employee to utilize a circular saw that was provided power by an electrical extension cord set with damaged insulation.

The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing the employees to use multiple electrical extension cord sets connected to one another, which violated the manufacturers safety warnings.
