Employees installing wooden trusses on top of the house were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 19 feet to the ground below.       b) Jobsite, F1 Lot 2, Stevensan Drive, Sewickley, PA 15143: Observed on or about January 17, 2019, each employee walking/working on, at or above wall openings where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening was greater than 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.  The inside bottom edge of the wall openings on the second floor was less than 39 inches (1.0 m) above the walking/working surface.  Employees working on the second floor of the house were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 13 feet to the ground below.
