29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs necessary to ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Standards:          Employees exposed to struck-by and fall hazards.  At the jobsite located at 16079 Fontana St. Overland Park, KS:  Employees engaged in framing work using pneumatic nailers, ladders, and powered tools were exposed to hazards such as struck by and fall hazards in that the employer had not developed nor implemented safety and health programs that provide construction hazard recognition guidelines to mitigate those hazards.

At the jobsite located at 16079 Fontana St. Overland Park, KS:  Employees engaged in residential framing activities from a 6:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18.5 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that fall protection was not provided.
