29 CFR  1910.219(f)(1): Gear(s) were not guarded by a complete enclosure or by one of the methods specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(f)(1)(ii) and (f)(1)(iii):  Dumpling Room:  1) The guard for the gears of the dumpling machine in the corner was not reinstalled after cleaning prior to starting the machine.  2) The guard for the gears of dumpling machine #3 was not securely fastened prior to starting the machine.  The Chinese Spaghetti Factory, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.219(f)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1255968, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/3/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 83 New Market Square Boston, MA 02118.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating  at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i):  Dumpling Machine Area:  The back cover of the dumpling machine in the corner was not secured in a closed position exposing live parts at the connection of the wires of the cord.
