29 CFR  1910.95(g)(1):The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels:  Plant: An audiometric testing program was not implemented where employees were exposed to noise in excess of the 85 dBA action level.   a. On or about April 30,  2024, an employee was exposed to an 8-hour time weighted average noise level of  88.8 dBA (equivalently a dose of  85.2 %  in excess of the 85 dBA action level (equivalently a dose of 50%) while working at the dumpling packaging machine.   b. On or about April 30,  2024, an employee was exposed to an 8-hour time weighted average noise level of 88.3 dBA (equivalently a dose of  78.7%) in excess of the 85 dBA action level (equivalently a dose of 50%) while working at the dumpling packaging machine.   c. On or about April 30,  2024, an employee was exposed to an 8-hour time weighted average noise level of  87.7 dBA (equivalently a dose of 72.7%) in excess of the 85 dBA action level (equivalently a dose of 50%) while working at the dumpling packaging machine.
