29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms.  a- Building 35, 35 Midway Lane, Ewing NJ -  A worker was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of  19 feet 1 inch to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold that did not contain a screen and was missing end stops. Condition observed on or about 09/08/22.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
