29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) 15 Nelson's Way, Westampton, NJ 08060:  An employee was observed climbing/working on the  truss system at heights over 21 feet without proper fall protection. Employee started on the roof edge and climb the truss to the desired position. The employee would then slide down when completed. Observed on or about January 12th, 2023.  b) 17 Nelson's Way, Westampton, NJ 08060: An employee was observed climbing/working on the truss system at heights over 21 feet without proper fall protection. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
