29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.   a) Jobsite- On or about March 9, 2023 employees were exposed to projectile eye hazards as they operated a Metabo HPT NV83A5 Hitachi pneumatic nail gun without wearing eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(viii)(A):The industrial truck was not equipped with a safety platform/cage firmly secured to the lifting carriage and/or forks when used for lifting personnel:  a) Jobsite- On or about March 7, 2023 an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 8 feet as they stood on the forks of a JLG Telescopic Forklift Model 6036 without the use of a safety cage and platform.
