(b) On or about August 5, 2025, at a jobsite located at 2500 Jacob Court, Waukesha, WI 53188, an employee was retrieving bundles of shingles on the south side of the second story of a residential roof with a 4:12 pitch, was not using fall protection. This exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet from roof to the ground below.  (c) On or about August 5, 2025, at a jobsite located at 2500 Jacob Court, Waukesha, WI 53188, an employee was performing tear off work on the north side of the first story of a residential roof with a 6:12 pitch, was not using fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet from roof to the ground below.  (d) On or about August 5, 2025, at a jobsite located at 2500 Jacob Court, Waukesha, WI 53188, an employee was performing tear off work on the north side of the first story overhang of a residential roof with a 2:12 pitch, was not using fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet from roof to the ground below.
