On July 23 2015, around 11:00 a.m., an employee working on a powerlift was adjusting a blade stock from the carriage when the carriage came down and pinched his right leg. He was hospitalized to suture the wound.
An employee was running a tagline of an elevated load (conveyor bed) during an installation. As the load was lifted, the tagline became twisted around the employee's thumb. As the load moved, the rope caused an open wound to the right thumb that resulted in a thumb tip amputation.
