Final narrative
Employees were erecting a sidewalk shed and lost control of an upright as it was lifted. The upright fell onto the hand of an employee who was standing nearby. One finger was amputated and another was crushed.
An employee was installing a chicken wire catch all to a sidewalk shed. The employee was standing on the sidewalk shed wall and fell approximately 16 feet onto an iron fence and the concrete ground below. He sustained broken ribs, a broken jaw and lacerated the liver.
The injured employee was standing at the base of a ladder assisting another employee install a TV on a wall. The TV was dropped, striking the employee. They sustained a head injury.
