Final narrative
An employee was working in an elevated platform (cherry picker) that stopped working. A coworker came to rescue him, and as he stepped off one platform onto the other, he slipped and struck his head. He was working 10 feet above the lower level and was wearing a body harness and retractable lanyard at the time.
An employee was using a chop saw to cut a one-eighth inch wire cable. The wire became entangled with the saw and the cable was pulled in. The employee's fingers were caught in the cable, resulting in partial amputations to the left index, ring, and little finger.
An employee was picking parts for an order when he fell about 8 feet off the end of a mezzanine onto an empty wooden pallet on the floor below. He was hospitalized for a severe concussion, a fractured rib and multiple lacerations.

His fall protection caught him and left him suspended about 2 to 4 feet from the slab. He suffered a brain bleed and a spinal fracture in his lower back. He was hospitalized.
