On 8/10/16, at 12:15 p.m., an employee was riding a lawn mower on an incline when it rolled and fell 10 feet from a wall to the grass below. He fractured his left tibia and lacerated his head, requiring hospitalization.
On June 6, 2017, at about 11:30 a.m., an employee was dusting on a stairway when he slipped and fell down the stairs, breaking his right foot. He was hospitalized and had surgery.
