As well, the employee's face struck the controls, causing a partial loss of front teeth. The employee was hospitalized and underwent mouth surgery.

An employee was operating an all-terrain forklift on a construction road. The forklift drove off the gravel road and rolled over onto its side. The employee sustained fractured ribs, a fractured C6 vertebra, and a vertebral wedge fracture.
