An employee was cleaning accumulated pasta from a jammed regrind machine. The employee's right ring fingertip was caught in the machine and was amputated.
An employee was running a line when the case elevator jammed. He climbed up to the level of an overhead conveyor belt and attempted to release the jam. His left arm was struck by the case elevator when the jam released, breaking it. The case elevator was guarded at the time of the incident.
