On December 23, 2016, an employee was walking from the break room to a material handler when he stepped on a nail that punctured his shoe. The employee was admitted to the hospital.
An employee was adjusting a support jack on the back of a lugger truck. He placed his gloved hand by the edge of the opening as he pushed the jack to make it vertical. The top of the jack swung back and caught the tip of his left middle finger, resulting in a fingertip amputation of approximately 1/4 inch.
