An employee was modifying a slide for a winder on an end milling machine when the employee's right little finger contacted the machine and was dislocated.
On April 30, 2025, a field service engineer was working on robots in a cell when the line faulted. The engineer went to unjam the line and the machine caused an amputation to their left index fingertip (about 3/4" total from the fingertip). The machine was not locked out/tagged out at the time.
