An employee was walking when she stumbled and fell on a scale, breaking her left ankle and requiring overnight hospitalization.
On May 27, 2025, an employee had been sweeping the floor around the sort and grind line conveyor. She was wiping down the frame of the conveyor when her right arm was drawn up between the conveyor belt and the snub roller underneath the conveyor. She sustained fractures to her upper and lower arm.
On July 12, 2023, a maintenance employee was troubleshooting the actuator valve on a robot cell for the binder material gravity-feed system. He was checking the valve for clogs or debris when his right index finger was caught by the actuated ball valve, causing a partial fingertip amputation.
