An employee was helping to take containers off the back of an aircraft when he fell off a ladder and broke his wrist, requiring surgery.
The employee was working to hook a trailer to a pickup truck. The employee was setting the trailer tongue down onto the hitch and his left hand was crushed between the trailer and the hitch. The employee sustained a laceration and an amputation to his ring finger.
An employee was replacing/repairing a plane wheel. They were putting the wheel back onto the plane when the wheel slipped and pinched their left thumb against a brake rotor. The employee's thumb tip was amputated.
