An employee was using a press machine when her left hand was caught in the point of operation resulting in amputation of her second fingertip.

An employee was forming a part on a forming machine. He was trying to adjust an aluminum shim within the machine's gripper jaws when they crushed his left little fingertip, causing a partial amputation.

An employee was pushing a line of carts into a vestibule when the door cable snapped and struck his right ankle. The employee suffered a fracture that required surgery and hospitalization.

A pressurized aircraft nose landing gear strut assembly was being disassembled. The gland nut dislodged under pressure and made contact with an employee's left hand, breaking it.
