On August 21, 2018, a temporary employee was mounting a truck tire on a rim. The tire was too large for the rim; when it was inflated, a sudden release of contained air caused broken bones in the employee's right arm. The employee was hospitalized.

An employee was inflating a farm tire and wheel assembly in a commercial tire restraint cage. The assembly failed and the cage absorbed the energy from the release of compressed air from within the cage, and the cage contacted the employee's arm. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured arm.

An employee was pulling a metal skid off a stack to place the skid on the floor. The weight of the skid shifted and the edge caught the employee's right middle finger, resulting in a partial amputation.
