On October 8, 2018, an employee was helping a coworker clean a building's gutters. He got off a ladder onto the roof, then lost his footing and fell through a skylight. A cart broke his fall; then he landed on the ground, suffering a broken wrist and elbow and lacerations on his forehead.

The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.
