An employee turned around after stacking boxes. The boxes had fallen over, and the employee then tripped over the boxes and fell to the floor, fracturing the right hip.
At about 2:30 p.m. on February 3, 2022, an employee fell to the floor while stepping down from a lift after using it to pick up items. The employee suffered a broken foot.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
An employee was sorting sucker rods. His right hand was caught in the area where the rod hits up against the frame and his index fingertip was amputated just below the nail.
