An employee was deburring a small metal part and got a metal sliver in their left hand which developed an infection.
At approximately 3:38 PM, an employee got off his forklift and used a package knife to cut an air bag that was between loads. The load then shifted and a pallet of cable (800 lbs.) fell, pinning him against the side of the trailer and forcing him to the floor. The employee sustained a fracture to his back.
