An employee was attempting to retrieve material from a plate saw when the employee's fingers touched a moving blade. Two of the employee's fingers were lacerated.
An employee was operating a sideloader. As he approached a parked sideloader, his hand was pinched between the two vehicles. The employee sustained a thumb fracture.
An employee was on top of a flatbed trailer moving product around so a forklift operator could retrieve the client's property. The employee tripped over dunnage and fell off the trailer, resulting in rib fractures, disc injuries, and forehead lacerations.
