An employee fell from a ladder while reattaching electrical service to a house. The employee landed on the ground and suffered a broken wrist and a back injury.
An employee was going to inspect a gas line for damage after the gas line was struck during excavation. The employee was looking into the excavation site when he fell 3 feet into the trench and sustained a left wrist laceration that required surgery and hospitalization.
