An employee was putting a brass bushing in a ring bearing for a beam. A forklift was lowering the beam while the employee was manually adjusting the position of the bushing. The injured employee's left ring finger was crushed by the beam resulting in surgical amputation.

On October 25, 2024, an employee was operating a warper and had just completed a full beam. He doffed the completed beam onto the floor. The empty beam, which is stored overhead, came down as the employee's left hand was guiding the completed beam. This resulted in the amputation of the little finger.

On April 29, 2024, an employee was replacing a wheel on a toolbox when it came down on his right middle finger, pinching it between the toolbox and the steel fork of a forklift. The fingertip was amputated.

On September 18, 2021, at approximately 11:08 PM, a maintenance employee was repairing a heatset tunnel exit roller. The rubberized coating on the exit roller ruptured, blowing pressurized steam and hot water onto the employee. The employee was hospitalized with second and third degree burns to the left arm, abdomen, and back.

An employee was operating a forklift and unloading a truck. After the truck was unloaded, the employee got off the forklift and proceeded to adjust the dock plate with a hook tool. The dock plate slipped and the employee went to adjust the plate with their hand when their left middle finger got caught. Their finger was amputated above the first joint.

An employee was rotating a carbide granulator blade when his finger was caught between the blade and a stationary part of the machine. The employee's right middle finger was partially amputated and they suffered an avulsion to the right ring fingertip.
