The employee fell about 14 feet to the floor below, suffering a contusion to the left side of the body, a contusion with abrasion/swelling to the back of the head, a contusion/abrasion to the front of the left hand, a contusion (and pain) to the left shoulder, and a contusion/swelling to the left hand/wrist.
