On April 28, 2020, a temporary employee was operating the brownie mix sifter in the layer packaging department. The sifter became clogged with the brownie mix product at the sifter beat screw housing. The employee's left hand fingers were caught in the rotating auger while unclogging the sifter severing the fingertips.

An employee was called over to the dinner line due to a black substance under the rotary. The employee was cleaning the black substance from the discharge hole of the rotary when their fingers were struck by the rotary cups. The employee sustained amputation injuries to the middle and ring fingers on their left hand.

On February 10, 2025, an employee was servicing an exhaust fan when its belt caught the employee's glove and pulled it through the pulley. The employee's right little fingertip was amputated.

While attending the slab line, an employee observed that dough was accumulating on the plastic blades. He proceeded to clean the blades. His left index finger came into contact with an adjacent blade that moves laterally (left to right), resulting in a partial amputation.
