The employee was cleaning the black substance from the discharge hole of the rotary when their fingers were struck by the rotary cups. The employee sustained amputation injuries to the middle and ring fingers on their left hand.

On February 10, 2025, an employee was servicing an exhaust fan when its belt caught the employee's glove and pulled it through the pulley. The employee's right little fingertip was amputated.

An employee was reversing a forklift out of the raw meat operation area when her left elbow was caught between the forklift and a stainless steel bollard. The employee sustained multiple fractures to the elbow.

An employee was exiting a room and caught her right thumb in the hinged side of the door, resulting in amputation of approximately two centimeters of her thumb tip.

A temporary employee was carrying a nail gun through the warehouse when it hit his leg, activated, and fired a nail into the leg.
