On October 11, 2020, an employee was commuting to work on his bike. The employee rode over a speed bump on the company property and fell off his bike, sustaining a rib fracture, a scapula fracture, and a spinal compression fracture.

An employee was standing on a fairing step of a Blackhawk helicopter installing an armored wing. The employee slipped and fell 21.5 inches to the concrete hangar floor resulting in a concussion.

On or about May 21, 2015, at approximately 1:15 a.m., an employee was injured when a 4,000-pound cart carrying a helicopter transmission rolled over the employee's foot. The employee sustained a deep laceration, resulting in stitches, and a few fractured toes.
