An employee was spotting two forklifts that were lowering a conveyor belt frame. One of the forklifts lowered farther than the other, creating tension in the conveyor belt. The belt sprung, causing the conveyor to fall 8 feet off the forklifts and strike the employee in the leg. The employee sustained a dislocated patella and ligament damage.
