On March 6, 2019, an employee was working from the third or fourth step of a ladder, installing steel on a horse barn. The employee slipped and fell to the ground, suffering a broken wrist and arm, and was hospitalized.

An employee was spotting two forklifts that were lowering a conveyor belt frame. One of the forklifts lowered farther than the other, creating tension in the conveyor belt. The belt sprung, causing the conveyor to fall 8 feet off the forklifts and strike the employee in the leg. The employee sustained a dislocated patella and ligament damage.
