An employee's right arm was caught in an extruder, resulting in a broken arm, the partial degloving of their right hand and a facial laceration near their right eye.
An employee was testing a resin piston pump used in a laminator. While holding the pump with one hand, he attached the air line to engage it. The pump pinched his finger; then, as he tried to use his other hand to free the finger, that hand was pinched as well. He suffered a finger amputation.
